Oh guys! Thank you. We will try and keep it going on a daily basis! Sometimes it gets hard to find good material (which is sad, no?). This story actually came from Brett. If you find something you want to share as well, just send us an email! Otherwise, if you have your own story of an act of kindness or something great, post it on the Woohoo! Factor page.

I loved this story - it's probably one of my faves. Right now in Belleville, companies are closing left, right, and centre, and I can't count how many times I hear people talk about how unhappy they are at their jobs and how incompetent owners, managers, and other higher ups are. So to read this, that there are those companies out there who really do value and recognize the importance of their staff and staff morale was so refreshing. I can only imagine how wonderful those people all felt! I love acts of generosity like this.

I love this story to death. Every other company out there should look at this example - you want to keep your employees, treat them as partners, just like this...
