		<description>Of course, it does take practice and work - but it doesn&#039;t have to take hours.  Even a few minutes a day, or a couple of times a week.

I mean, I did some last night, and I think it was maybe for 5 minutes.

I&#039;ve been reading a few books on the subject, about using meditation to gain &quot;Mindfulness&quot; to fight stress.      Doctors at stress clinics have been using it on patients with anxiety and chronic pain and heart problems...it&#039;s well documented, it  really works, and it&#039;s turned patients life around.

The downside is...like anything worth doing, ..it takes a lot of WORK.  Practice and discipline...I haven&#039;t yet made the committment to set aside all those hours a week to do the thought-excercises.   (I probably SHOULD, though).
